Refund Policy

At Endless Memories QR, every plaque is custom-made to honor a specific life. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our refund policy is different from standard retail stores.

1. Custom Orders & "Change of Mind"

All sales of custom-engraved plaques are final.

Because your plaque is laser-engraved with a unique code specific to your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Accidental orders.

  • Spelling errors made by the customer during the checkout process.

Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Our "Perfect Scan" Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our engineering. If your QR code plaque arrives and does not scan correctly using a standard smartphone camera, we will replace it free of charge.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in the manufacturing process (e.g., sent the wrong item), we will make it right immediately.

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item:

  1. Contact us at apostlewait@endlessmemoriesqr.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number.

  3. Attach a clear photo of the damaged or defective plaque.

We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, either:

  • Send a replacement plaque immediately (at no cost to you).

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Lost Packages

If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or look for the package in safe spots.

  2. Contact the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) directly to file a claim.

  3. Contact us. While we are not liable for theft after delivery, we review these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a discounted replacement.

5. The Digital Service

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the digital memorial profile.

  • Since the hosting service is included with the physical product, there are no partial refunds for the "digital" portion of the product.

  • If you choose to delete your account or digital profile, this does not entitle you to a refund for the physical plaque.
